The Los Angeles Dodgers won two of three against the San Francisco Giants at Oracle Park.

In the first game, the Dodgers played sloppily. Although Kenley Jansen blew a save, the Dodgers should have won the game. The Giants could not capitalize on their constant scoring opportunities. The Dodgers had a three-run homer by Max Muncy. Corey Seager and Mookie Muncy homered. The Dodger offense produced enough runs. While the Dodgers have the best defense, Tuesday they made many fielding errors.

After a canceled game while the Dodgers and the Giants protest the police brutality against Jacob Blake, the Dodgers looked sharp and did not allow any run in Thursday’s doubleheader. AJ Pollock had a solo home run. Cody Bellinger has broken through his slump. Betts collected the 1000th hit in his career. Joc Pederson hit a home run and a single and scored on Will Smith’s double.

Again, Clayton Kershaw dominated for six innings. Before the game, the Dodgers put right-handed Walker Buehler with a blister on the 10-day Injured List, so the second game was a bullpen game. Caleb Ferguson, Victor González, Brusdar Graterol, Jake McGee, Scott Alexander, Blake Treinen, and Kenley Jansen were almost perfect.
