On their last day in Arizona, the Los Angeles Dodgers lost to the Cleveland Indians 9-to-2.

Saturday, the Dodgers announced the first four starters in their rotation. Following Clayton Kershaw who will pitch Opening Day in Denver, Trevor Bauer, Walker Buehler, and Julio Urìas will pitch. The Dodgers remain undecided about which pitcher will be their fifth starter. Tony Gonsolin has earned the fifth spot in the Dodger starting rotation, but do the Dodgers want David Price, who has had a good spring, in the bullpen?

Neither Joe Kelly nor Brusdar Graterol will be on the Opening Day because they have undisclosed injuries. Jimmy Nelson, who missed the entire 2020 season with back surgery, has made the team as a reliever and a spot starter. Kenley Jansen, Blake Treinen, Victor Gonzàlez, and Corey Knebel will be in the Dodger bullpen. The Dodgers are undecided about the last spot in their bullpen, but either Scott Alexander or Dennis Santana will occupy the last spot in the Dodger bullpen.

Saturday, Bauer did not have a good first inning, but he set in and pitched for 5 1/3 innings. Throughout his career, Bauer has struggled with his control, and during the first inning, he struggled with his control. After that, he performed well.

The position player picture for the Dodgers is unclear. Zack McKinstry has had an excellent spring to earn a spot on the Opening Day roster as a utility fielder. Neither Edwin Rìos nor Matt Beaty has had a good spring offensively.
