On an incredibly hot Labor Day at Dodger Stadium, the Los Angeles Dodgers lost to the San Francisco Giants 7-to-4.

Andrew Heaney allowed 4 home runs over 5.1 innings. The Dodgers could not defend against the home run. Heaney does not have much pitch selection, enabling the Giants teed off. Heaney must find out the ball in the stadium, or the Dodgers must find another effective starter for the postseason.

Freddie Freeman blasted a 2-run in the first, and Austin Barnes homered in the seventh. Joey Gallo singled in a run.
