Tuesday Mookie Betts led off with a solo home run, and Joc Pederson blasted a three-run home run in the first inning.

AJ Pollock and Pedro Báez reported to summer camp Tuesday. Pollock has a very premature baby in the hospital.

Victor Gonzalez, a Minor Leaguer, pitched well. Kiké Hernandez had a run-producing double.

For the first time during summer camp, the Dodgers have Major-League umpires working intra-squad games.

Caleb Ferguson, vying for a bullpen spot, has looked great during summer camp. Trying to be able a Major-League starter, Ferguson has worked a slider. Tuesday, he retired all the batters.

Coming off a poor 2019 season with the Oakland Athletics because Blake Treinen had shoulder problems, he was brilliant Tuesday. His signature slider had a tremendous downward movement, producing three ground outs. The Dodgers hope Treinen can nail down the eighth inning during the regular season.

For the first time during summer camp, Max Muncy made an appearance and had a single and double. He was hit on his ring finger by Alex Wood. The finger has been bothering him while he was batting. Although many people have been worrying about Muncy being ready for Opening Day, none of the Dodger personnel thought Muncy will be ready.

Kenley Jansen also made his first appearance of summer camp. He and his family had COVID-19. Tuesday, he was brilliant, retiring all four batters to face him. During spring training, Jansen also looked great, like he did in 2017.
