At Chase Field in Phoenix, Arizona, the Los Angeles Dodgers completed a four-game sweep of the Arizona Diamondbacks with a 3-to-1 victory.

Although the Dodgers scored fourteen runs on Thursday, the Dodger offense was quieted by right-hander Zach Davies. Will Smith homered in the second inning. In the third, Freddie Freeman singled in Gavin Lux, and Austin Barnes scored on Trea Turner’s grounder.

Again, Tyler Anderson continued his dominance for six innings. He used both his slider and changeup to baffle the Diamondbacks. While Anderson was not as dominant as he was against the Washington Nationals, he has fourteen consecutive scoreless innings.

Both David Price and Evan Phillips pitched well in relief.

Although Craig Kimbrel allowed a run in the ninth, he recorded his tenth save of the year.
