On a beautiful but cool Sunday night at Wrigley Field, the Los Angeles Dodgers completed their sweep of the Chicago Cubs 7-to-1.

Despite allowing a run in the first inning, Walker Buehler was brilliant for seven innings. Although the Cubs are a light-hitting team, Buehler baffled them with his cutter. After his third start of the regular season, he has been brilliant. His control was flawless.

The Dodgers had a balanced offensive attack though they did not have a home run. Cody Bellinger, who has been slumping of late, had three hits. The Dodgers took advantage of some sloppy fielding by the Cubs, and they had many productive outs.

Evan Phillips and Robbie Erlin continued the superior Dodger bullpen work.
