On a beautiful Thursday afternoon at Great American Ball Park, the Los Angeles Dodgers completed a three-game sweep of the Cincinnati Reds when they punished the Reds 10-to-5. The weather in Cincinnati has been comfortable, unusual for June.

Clayton Kershaw had his best start since coming off the IL on June 11. Over his six innings, Kershaw allowed only not one run while striking out seven and walking one. He used his rainbow curveball more than usual.

While Yency Almonte and David Price were brilliant, Phil Bickford allowed four runs in two-thirds of an inning.

Max Muncy, Justin Turner, and Cody Bellinger had three hits each. Freddie Freeman, Muncy, Bellinger, and Will Smith homered. It was a marvelous day for the offense.
